The Queens Project is back & life is still messy for the boys

We are never surprised who we will bump into the streets of Provincetown in the summer, although technically when we came across actor Andre Jordan he was out cruising .  On a boat that is.   He reminded us how much we had liked the first two seasons of a web series he starred in.  So back on dry land we took a look at the 3rd season of The Queens Project that has just be launched on You Tube to find out ‘what happened next’ and see if it really ticked us pink like it had before.

It’s the tale of two best friends Ash (KEN ARPINO) and Gabe (BJ GRUBER) who came to live in Queens NY with the idea of fulfilling their dreams and becoming Broadway stars.  However most off the drama in their lives and the lives of their close friends Nick (Trey Gerrald), Trey (Chris Dwan) and Andre (Andre Jordan) happens off the stage. As they all negotiate their ever-changing relationships with each other, and life in general, this delightful fast paced comic drama handles each hilarious situation with a torrent of one-liners that just trip of the tongues of this delightful bunch of 30-something-year-old friends.

The production values are ever better than before, and the talented cast are more comfortable in their slightly nerdy roles, and give pitch perfect performances from the very witty script that Arpino (also the Series creator) provides.

The Queens Project with its 5 minute episodes make for perfect binge watching, and if you haven’t yet seen the previous two seasons, then start with them first.   It is in fact, quite a wee gem.

P.S. Queerguru would love you to bits if you did us one tiny favor.  Despite the fact that we have had almost 295K hits on YouTube (yeah!) they will not give us a single cent of the advertising money that they make off us until we have more subscribers.  Won’t cost you a dime,  but it will help support our site. Just simply click on the link below.  Thank you very much!
