LesFlicks presents SaFFlicks a day of sapphic film showcasing lesbian & bisexual stories from across the world on the big screen in Folkestone UK. From comedy to drama and neo-noir thrillers – there is something for everyone to enjoy. 3 features, a webseries and 33 short films that take us from first coming out to having a family; from being a teenager to being in our later life; from the UK to the US; from new relationships to long-term relationships and coming out later in life. These sapphic films have it all and will entertain and inform you. Featuring neurodiversity, faith, school, co-habiting, family and so much more!
Turning the venue into an LGBTQ+ space for the day, as alongside the film screenings, there will be stalls from local LGBTQ+ organizations and a social space upstairs. PLUS this year there will be both an in-person and a virtual festival, as talent and quality of submissions continue to exceed expectations!
