From NOWTHIS comes this horrific video of a Police Officer in Independence, Missouri who flagged down a car that he suspected had illegal plates and then he Tasered 18 year Bryce Masters until he went into cardiac arrest. The (former) Police Officer TIMOTHY RUNNELS was sentenced to 4 years in Jail on a charge of just ‘violating a minor’s civil rights!’ Bryce meanwhile has irreparable brain damage. The Judge at Runnels trial insisted that the Video be released so the public knows the truth.
Bryce’s plates were NOT illegal at all.
