How can we put this nicely? Well frankly we don’t give a damn if there is biopic made about singer Dionne Warwick, as lets face it when she went all mystic she did sort of lose the plot big time. BUT we did love the idea of Lady Gaga playing the iconic 60’s Brit singer Cilla Black who had big hits with all those Bacharach songs that Warwick sang in the US and claimed ownership off. Warwick was in Cannes yesterday and was rather bitterly throwing some shade at Gaga after her people denied that Gaga had ever signed on for the movie. Pity that, because she would be so much for prefect for the role than the ex-Destiny Child singer LeToya Luckett who will play Warwick.
