Swedish filmmaker Mikael Bundsen has just won the 2017 Iris Prize, Cardiff’s International LGBT Short Film Prize. This prestigious Award now referred the being part of the ‘Gay Oscars’, comes with a massive £30,000, thanks to the generosity of The Michael Bishop Foundation.
The prize money will allow Bundsen to make a new short film in Wales, becoming the tenth Iris production.
