Openly gay singer/songwriter John Duff’s debut single “GIRLY” is like a breath of fresh air. Oozing with charm and cuteness Duff displays his irrepressible good-spirits with this new catchy upbeat song that celebrates both femininity and fluidity.
Duff pays homage to several of his favorite top pop queens including Madonna (“Hung Up”), Mariah Carey (“Heartbreaker”), Britney Spears (“Stronger”), Beyoncé (“Crazy in Love”) and Christina Aguilera (“Come on Over”). And look out for appearances in the video from Bianca Del Rio and fellow Drag Race stars Willam and Mariah Balenciaga.
Quite the hottie; Duff says about Girly “It’s about freedom. It’s about expression. It’s about equality. Above all, it’s f*cking fierce.” We’d agree with that too :
P.S. Queerguru would love you to bits if you did us one tiny favor. Despite the fact that we have had almost 295K hits on YouTube (yeah!) they will not give us a single cent of the advertising money that they make off us until we have more subscribers. Won’t cost you a dime, but it will help support our site. Just simply click on the link below. Thank you very much!
