Whilst it seems like most of the world are turning into watch HAMILTON now streaming on TV, we look back at a different performance from the cast of the Award Winning Show.
On April 16th 2015 after they had finished performing their Show at the Public Theater in NY they remained on stage to celebrate an important landmark in Musical history. It was exactly 40 years to the day that A CHORUS LINE had their first performance there at the Public Theater before transferring to Broadway later that year,
LIN -MANUEL MIRANDA led the Hamilton Cast in the tribute before they were joined on stage by members of Chorus Line’s original cast. It’s a kleenex moment …….and you just know that Michael Bennett is looking down on it all from whenever he is.
