This is the time of year that when we start to get inundated with Calendars showing various hotties in states of undress which after a while start to all blend into one. Queerguru is very excited though to hear of a stunning new one that takes a very fresh approach to it all.
It’s from The Boys Just Wanna Have Fun Sports Club (don’t you just love that title) who are an association that promotes sport and inclusion of all people through sport, irrespective of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc. Founded in 2010 it is the umbrella association for teams of Rugby, Volleyball, Swimming, Football and it also promotes regular practice of Running and Tango lessons.
The BJWHF’s take on an annual calendar has been to invite Portuguese photographers or visual artists to create a special piece each year, using their athletes as models, and this year it fell to 23 year old Andre Andrade known professionally as Lisboeta Italiano. queerguru spoke to Andrade who told us ” my inspiration for this calendar was essentially the homoerotic, the power of seduction, the look and the touch. I inspired myself to great artists like Tom Bianchi, Tom of Finland, Barone von Deneuve and Matt Lambert.“
He added ” Each photo has a story that was designed for each person. I want that with this calendar, the person feels the pleasure of being installed in the body and take care of the orgasm and that in the end, the sweat and fluids can dissipate by the photos and the videos and that together they can make the art that is the sex.”
