Regardless of the fact that London will get any summer weather this year (!) you can still nevertheless see a troupe of scantily clad, hot and sweaty Australians wreaking havoc with their very homoerotic performances. They are the world-acclaimed Head First Acrobats who are bringing their award-winning show GODZ to the Peacock Theatre this June.
This adults-only production follows Cupid (God of Love), Hercules (God of Strength) and Dionysus (God of Wine) as they paint the scene of Ancient Greece and bring audiences to the biggest party to hit Mount Olympus since 500 BCE. Expect a bodyssey of gravity-defying stunts, tests of heroic strength, and slapstick comedy…. its hilarious and is how the (enlightened ) Greeks would have loved to tell the story back when, and for some reason unknown to us, a few of them are doing this all dressed as nuns.
