Lloyd Eyre-Morgan is a successful, proud queer working-class actor/writer/director. (that’s blue-collar to all of you in the US) . He’s on a mission to make realistic, no-holds-barred gay movies about the community he lives and works in. His debut full-length feature ‘DEPARTURES’ which he also co-wrote and starred in, is about how toxic masculinity can hold you back from being yourself.
It’s a hard-hitting, passionate tale that gets you very involved from the very first frame until the end credits role Queerguru reviewer Ris Fatah gave it a rave review so we caught up with Lloyd to talk about his very important contribution to the whole canon of queer cinema
