71 year old conceptual artist Duggie Fields is a quintessential English eccentric who cuts a very dashing figure in London’s creative community. Artist, fashion icon and muse, Comme Des Garcons runway model, queer activist, and designer who has been making his own very definite kind of waves since his first exhibition when he was just 14 years old. His very bold art has progressive through many phases and is now more hard-edged post-Pop figuration.
Last year to celebrate his 70 birthday BF1 Flare London’s LGBT Film Festival showed a selection of Field’s digital art, and he also sat down to discuss his life and art with journalist Jessye Bloomfield.
