For over 20 glorious years WILL and GRACE was not just every queer man’s favorite TV series but it was one of the most successful television series with gay principal characters. It so closely reflected how our community became to much more embraced by the world at large. U.S. Vice President Joe Biden summed up its success by saying that the show “probably did more to educate the American public” on LGBT issues “than almost anything anybody has ever done so far.
But we watched it religiously simply because we fell in love with the four main characters. Wiil, Grace , Jack and Karen ,,…... plus an extraordinary roster of guest stars such as Madonna, Bernadette Peters, Leslie Jordan, Matt Damon, Candice Bergen, Kevin Bacon , Blythe Danner, Alec Baldwin, Matt Bomer, Debbie Reynolds Geena Davis …… and not forgetting the fabulous Shelley Morrison etc etc
Yet despite all the countless hysterically funny scenes we must confess that our very favorite moment off all is a quiet at home scene with both Jack and Karen (that our neighbors will testify we never get tired of playing). It is after all unforgettable
