The 4-time married ‘devout Christian” Kim Davis has crawled out of the woodwork to reignite her campaign against same-sex marriage

When curious  ‘straight’ people insist on asking how we queers differ from them, I love to piss off by saying that we lack HYPOCRISY.    When they don’t believe me, I just run a list of the latest anti-LBGTQ pastors who have just been caught for pedophilia ….. often wth choir boys. The rule of thumb seems to be that the more hatred they spew in public, the more molesting they do in private.

Then there is Kim Davis.  She may not be a molesting priest, BUT she is the biggest hypocrite of all time, spreading absolute hatred with her extreme right-wing views that she dares to blame on her religious beliefs,  whilst at the same time personally indulging in the most un-Christian behavior herself

She first came on all our radars in August 2013 when, as a Clerk of Rowan County, Kentucky, she defied a U.S. federal court order to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples.  She quickly became a conservative icon. with supporters praising her for “standing her ground” on religious beliefs. But critics were quick to highlight the hypocrisy: the woman trying to uphold the so-called sanctity of marriage had already been married and divorced multiple times, conceived children out of wedlock, and broken her own vows more than once

But wait for it ……in interviews, Davis has claimed that her past no longer defines her because she experienced a religious awakening later in life. She has repeatedly insisted that her refusal to issue licenses was not about hate, but about faith. Still, for many, her history undercuts the moral authority she claims to hold.

Now Davis is one of several evil crackpots who have have come out of the shadows and are trying to get back into the limelight feeling safe uinder the auspicies of the curent extreme homophobic and transphobic Administration  She is trying to overturn the very Supreme Court decision that landed her in hot water,  and her legal team claims that the original ruling violated her religious liberty. Her efforts are being cheered on by far  right conservatives—and condemned by just about everyone else.

Davis remains a controversial figure—a symbol of the religious right’s resistance to marriage equality and a case study in personal contradiction. While she continues her crusade against LGBTQ+ rights, her own history tells a far more complicated, and often hypocritical, story.

BUT we do seriously wonder WHO is funding her latest LEGAL ACTIONS,  and are worried by the fact in these horrendous political times, we have an Administration who cherry pick which legal rulings they will impose and which they will totally ignore.  PLEASE STAY ALERT : THIS AFFECTS THE FUTURE OF OUR ENTIRE LGBTQA+ COMMUNITY
