What started with just five guys running around in Boston back in the year 2000 has grown into an annual international event (even though the Bostin event has disappeared). Each December, men and women in cities around the world put on their Santa hats and strip down to their skimpy red underwear to participate in the Santa Speedo Run and raise money for local charities.
