Made In Bangkok : An extremely touching documentary from filmmaker Flavio Florencio about a young trans Mexican opera singer and her quest as she fights for the identity she has been struggling all her life to construct which takes her to Bangkok for her final surgery.

Brit filmmaker Jake Witzenfeld’s impressive and heartwarming documentary Oriented is an intriguing snapshot of what life is like for gay Arabs living in a trendy suburb of Tel Aviv today. What is refreshing about the film is that it paints a totally different and more realistic picture of life in the Region than most other gay movies which are either overly romantic dramas which inevitably end in tragedy or are war/terrorist laden plots.

Utopians: this rather stunning 6th movie from openly gay HK filmmaker Scud  tells the story of Hins a final year student who, despite his own personal misgivings, finds himself drawn to Ming his new Philosophy professor.  The totally unexpected courtship that ensues is very passionate and sensual and ends in a way that neither might have expected
