Maiden Mother Crone: A Duet of Solo Plays is a transformative theatrical event running February 12–23, 2025, at The Pete at The Flea in New York City.  It includes  Sugarcoated a nostalgic, queer, coming-of-age comedy that tackles the intricate layers of identity and self-acceptance. Performed/written by Jen Ponton who uses humor and raw vulnerability to dismantle the façade of perfection imposed by a patriarchal society—an experience that echoes the lived realities of many in the queer community.
