Michael Twaits is a man of many talents (and dresses) who, as a drama school student, was never allowed to play ‘gay’ as his tutors said it was too easy. Now he is one of London’s most successful drag artists, who not only performs, but he also teaches other aspiring drag queens, and if that is not enough, has just written the definitive guide, The Art Of Drag.

Queerguru caught up with him just before he was about to host A Night At Musicals at London’s legendary queer venue The Royal Vauxhall Tavern.
