If you ever needed an excuse to visit San Francisco (as if!) make sure it includes the first Thursday of the month for a fabuous new free street partyl Get ready for disco in the streets, DJs, live music, drag, martial arts, fashion, street performances, and many other surprises still to be announced! DFT (Downtown First Thursday) gives the Downtown a whole new makeover ….. think bigger, bolder and oh-so daring every first Thursday of the month from 5pm to 10pm. The fun takes place on 2nd Street (between Market and Howard) and along neighboring alleyways ready for you to explore. The event will also feature two 21+ outdoor bars on Minna and Natoma.
