Broga, is yet another version of yoga (!), and this one, a little like enlightened circuit trained, is specifically designed for men. Who knew! It is also the subject for a very funny video that it is a teaser for a new web-series about to be released to the world called Down Under Tours that follows the personal and professional lives of a not so typical bunch of Aussies, Kiwis & Brits working in a Travel Agency in Central London.
