London queer book publisher Inkandescent serve up spirited spoken word with a side of film and music. Host Nathan Evans is joined by Keith Jarrett—writer, performer, educator, and UK Poetry Slam champion—Rick Dove—current Hammer & Tongue National Poetry Slam champion—and Stanley Iyanu—semi-finalist in the BBC Words First competition.
Inkandescent was founded by Justin David and Nathan Evans to champion diverse writers underrepresented in the mainstream. Titles include Address Book by Neil Bartlett, AutoFellatio by James Maker and the Mainstream anthology including Kit de Waal, Kerry Hudson and Paul McVeigh.
