As Time Out N.Y so succinctly put it since the first Urban Bear Event in 2008 “Gotham’s Bear Scene has evolved from gay-nightlife subculture to mainstream – and the ursine movement shows no sign of slowing down.”
Today there is The Street Fair : an Outdoor Festival, Pig Roast & Beer Fest on Little West 12th Street between Washington St. & 10th Avenue fr0m 1:00- 6:00pm. Then the Official Closing NIght Party at Rockbar, 185 Christopher Street rockbarnyc.com from 4:00PM- till whenever.
