True Blood star Alexander Skarsgård went pantless at the MTV Movie Awards when he came on stage to present the main award of the night. The crowd went wild, but judging by the expression on his face, fellow presenter Samuel L Jackson really wasn’t sure what to make of it.
39 year old Skarsgård who looked mighty fine in his tighty whiteys explained to a bemused Jackson “Me Tarzan, gotta give the fans a little skin.” referring to his latest movie The Legend of Tarzan due to be released this summer (in which incidentally Jackson co-stars)
Skarsgård added “I was going to go shirtless, but then someone told me Zac Efron did that two years ago here,” he explained. “It’s just as sexy, but a little bit classier and — dare I say — more sophisticated. No offense, Mr. Efron.”
