We’ve said it once already, and we’ll say it again. Natalie Portman is looking more like a shue-in for a Best Actress Academy Award Nomination for her performance in the title role of Jackie. The film follows Jacqueline Kennedy in the days when she was First Lady in the White House and her life following the assassination of her husband President John F. Kennedy in 1963 Dallas, Texas.
The movie is directed by Pablo Larraín and written by Noah Oppenheim. and also stars Greta Gerwig, Peter Sarsgaard, Max Casella, Beth Grant, Billy Crudup, Richard E. Grant and John Hurt in supporting roles.
