Remember that Liza Minnelli song ‘You’ve Gotta Ring Them Bells’ about travelling around the world looking for love and in the end finding it was in the apartment next door all the time? Well as camp as the song is (and it is!) the premise is not that far fetched in these days of living in an anonymous apartment building as these two oh-so-cute German boys discovered.
