We Will Dance Again

If you are feeling trapped at home thinking that going out clubbing again will never happen, then check out this wonderful uplifting wee video from “Mothers” in Dublin

Conceived in June 2010, Mother is an old school club night for disco-loving LGBTQ+ family & their friends. Located at Lost Lane, Grafton St. Queer clubbing in the heart of Dublin. The music policy is electronic, synth and all things disco.  Now the team wants to transport audiences back to the dancefloor with their new mini-documentary, Queer Space: We Will Dance Again.

Joining forces with St Patrick’s Day Festival, Mother are releasing their doc on Saturday, March 13. Directed by the immensely talented videographer Joe McGovern, Queer Space: We Will Dance Again captures all those wonderful dancefloor adventures and festival shenanigans that have been dearly missed in the past year.

The documentary lineup includes THISISPOPBABY co-founder Philly McMahon, legendary Panti Bliss aka Queen of Ireland,  journalist Una Mullally, drag queen Lady Veda, Mother DJ Rocky T Delgado, Mother co-founder Cormac Cashman, nightclub promoter Buzz O’Neill, photographer Babs Daly, drag artist Anziety, Paige Behan, and GCN magazine cover star Viola Gayvis. In this electric celebration of queer spaces, these fantastic guests highlight the importance in carving out a place for the community to gather and be together.
