The people at the prestigious James Beard Foundation had the very good sense to invite Chef Giancarlo Cacciatori (known from childhood as Wendy) and his soon-to-be bride Valentina who own and run VIA EMILIA9 in South Beach to cook for them at an Event called Italians At The Beach.
The beauty of Wendy’s cuisine is that he focuses on pastas and other Northern Italian dishes that his own grandmother taught him and so this very special Beard House dinner for one night only will be inspired by the woman who taught him how to cook.
