After a two-year hiatus, the Mister Global all-male beauty pageant has returned with new contestants from around the world. This was news to the Queerguru Team as we had no idea it even existed. In the 7th rendition of the competition, men from 33 different countries traveled to Mahasarakham, Thailand, to compete for the title of “Mister Global.”
Taking the lead from all those beauty queen pageants such as Miss World and Miss Universe, this event is made up of several different events—the most anticipated of which is the “National Costume” segment, where each competitor wears an outfit that represents his home country. Evidently, the rules are very loose (even if the clothes are not) and we had a great deal of difficulty recognizing one nation from another.
