Openly gay singer/songwriter Sam Smith could easily qualify as the most unpretentious Oscar winner of all time. This disarmingly charming shy Brit is the latest front-seat  passenger on James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke who sings his heart and has an almost tearful moment when Corden plays him a compliment.  Then when he is totally shocked by suddenly being joined in the car by his favorite girl-group Fifth Harmony he is like a kid in candy store.
