Really Ryan??? – Rude Polaroids at Studio Lacombe … a new Exhibit that opens 9/25

Better known as Rude Polaroids, Ryan Rudewicz (originally from Yarmouth) is the winner of the 2023 Glam Award as New York’s best nightlife photographer. Although he works with now antiquated technologies, Polaroid and film photos, he brings an extremely fresh and contemporary view on the lives of today’s young queer people. His photos exude a feeling of freedom and liberation that has rarely been seen in queer art. Rudewicz is the embodiment of a new generation of queer people living without the fear of AIDS, without limitations on their rights, and without stigma.
