The fashion industry was in a state of shock last February when billionaire design powerhouse Miuccia Prada announced that she was naming Raf Simons, the out-gay former creative director of Jil Sander, Dior and Calvin Klein, to be her co-creative director at Prada.
Both of them known to be opinionated, style-shaping designers with more than healthy egos seemed like a potential recipe for disaster. But it has been far from that so far, even with the restrictions of COVID, the two of them have excelled themselves in when they showed their first men’s wear collection on Sunday,
