There is a mutual love affair between singer/songwriter TOM GOSS and the Bear Community which is reflected a lot in his music. None more apparent that his brand new music video that dropped today. We totally love it. So much so NERDY BEAR is destined to be our favorite of the week even though there is not a single beard amongst the entire Queerguru team
Queer singer Aish Divine dropped this video this week promoting his latest single “Common Questions.” The video features voguing cast dressed in genderqueer fashion in a futuristic setting, suggesting that the future of humanity is one that does not know the boundaries of race, gender or sexuality. As a tune, “Common Questions” plays like a mix of techno, dubstep, rap, and glam rock. It’s a strange combination to be sure, but not an uninteresting one.
Queer ally (!) Lauv has released the video for “Love Somebody,” a track off of his surprise Without You EP released last month. Since its release, “Love Somebody” has surpassed over 15 million streams. The intimate video was directed by Hunter Lyon (blackbear, Whethan)
Queer cabaret singer SETH SIKES had his gigs on Fire Island cancelled because of the Covid Lockdown. It didn’t stop him releasing his inner Judy Garland with his take of the Oscar-winning Johnny Mercer classic, “Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe” filmed watching the Island Ferry come into Port.
