QUEER MUSIC: Maroon 5, Kylie Minogue, Warbel, Neon Trees, The Chicks

Three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning multi-platinum band Maroon 5 debuts their latest single “Nobody’s Love” – out now via 222 Records/Interscope.  The band’s new song debuts with an accompanying music video shot by acclaimed film director, David Dobkin, who has also served as the band’s longtime collaborator The video was recently shot in Los Angeles on an iPhone with only Adam and the director present.

In addition to the release of “Nobody’s Love,” Maroon 5 recently announced the new routing for their 2021 U.S. concert tour, produced by Live Nation.

If Kylie Minogue  believes that disco is alive and well, who are we to argue especially as we are loving her new audio video. ‘Say Something’ is  the perfect feel-good track  we need right now. Its from her upcoming 15th album DISCO  which is set for release on 6 November.

Queer singer/songwriter and LGBTQ actIvist WRABEL has released “since i was young” a coming of age anthem collaboration with KESHA. Wrabel who was named once in the OUT100 and is a GLAAD Media Award Nominee (Outstanding Music Artist) says this about the track . This song was basically just a conversation on that. It’s rare to get to work with someone like Keisha that’s seen you as so many things and in so many phases. From drunk and sad, to sober and still sad, to sober and in-love and happy.”

THE CHICKS have said that if George Floyd’s murder hadn’t happened, they might have  waited a couple of years to change their  name, This is a track from GASLIGHTER the trio’s first album in 14 years is a genuinely compelling new take on the punchy country sound that’s always made them stand out.  Long may they continue to speak their minds so frankly .

The multi-platinum alternative quartet Neon Trees release their long awaited fourth studio album, ‘I Can Feel You Forgetting Me,’ – With over 750 million streams and preceded by Alternative Radio hit ‘Used to Like’ and followed up by the infectious ‘New Best Friend with most recently, the heartbreak anthem ‘Nights’, the album explores a myriad of introspective themes across isolation, personal relationships, self-discovery and fulfillment set to the band’s signature sound cast in synth soul and rooted in robust guitars with unforgettable danceable beats.
