Metro Sexual an Aussie queer comedy that can see the funny side of STI’s

 

Queerguru has just come across a very funny queer sitcom from Down Under that we have taken a shine to.  It’s streaming online from 9Now in Melbourne Australia, but you can view it for FREE in the US on https://www.crackle.com/

Metro Sexual is set in a busy sexual health clinic and is filmed in a mockumentary style. It stars queer doctors Steph Huddleston (Geraldine Hickey) and Langdon Marsh (Riley Nottingham) who both work at chaotic clinic Metropolitan Sexual Health.  They have different approaches to patient care mean they’re always butting heads and makes for some great comic situations.

In this new 2nd season the pair are grappling with an escalating STI outbreak in their city. Plus they must deal with a visit from a scandal-ridden politician, a controversial billboard, and an annual sexual health awards ceremony gone wrong.
