Have you ever wondered how your favorite performers take their shows from a blank page in a notebook to a packed room in stitches? London’s Soho Theatre are delighted to bring you the second series of one day masterclasses taking place over Zoom featuring some of the top performers working in the industry today.
Each performer will be looking back at their previous shows to take you step by step through their creative process. From developing the idea, to performing on the opening night and beyond, they will be letting you in on their secrets.
Next up are Glamrou and Crystal on Thu 21 Jan (10am – 3pm) Making up two fifths of the world’s biggest drag supergroup Denim, Glamrou and Crystal are also both best selling authors with Unicorn: The Memoir of a Muslim Drag Queen and Diary Of A Drag Queen. In the past years both have been embarked on successful journeys as solo performers, as well as their work within the collective and will be sharing their discoveries on this special session covering a wide range of topics from their acclaimed use of music to gender politics to making a mark within the industry.
