German born Kim Petras has been making music since she arrived in LA a few years back, and by last summer her name was on everyone’s lips. However this young singer/songwriter doesn’t want to be known as the transexual pop singer, but going public about her gender she says is part of her bigger mission to help out other young people coming to terms with their own gender identity.
Since her first big hit ‘ I Don’t Want It All’ in 2017 produced by Dr. Luke, Kim has been very prolific and releasing new music frequently. All of it has an infectious happy feel to it and is sheer entertainment …….with an occasional message.
