A stunning new Exhibit of the work of photographer JULIAN VANKIM has just opened at THE DC CENTER ARTS GALLERY.  Based in Washington, Vankim specializes in creating the most intimate, creative, and beautiful portraits.  He was actually self-taught before graduating from the Art Institute of Photography.

If you are also a DC local you will have recognized Vankim’s work from the cover and pages of METRO WEEKLY the leading queer magazine in the Captial.  If however, you are not local, then seriously think about hopping on a  plane to see this work close up.  It is s worth the trip.
