Most of us had a triggering point in our lives that brought the need for us to (finally) come out of the closet as gay …….or somewhere on the LGBTQIA spectrum. For 17-year-old Billy (Jordi Rea ) the moment came when he accompanied his girlfriend to the local Tattoo Store and he was immediately mesmerized by Oscar (Ryan Farrell) a handsome older tattooist.
Now Billy had to deal with his two fears. That of the tattoo needle, and also acknowledging his sexuality.
This entertaining and thought-provoking short film was written and directed by New Zealand filmmaker Isabella Walsh.
