Naturally for the very first time the Festival has gone Online via their Facebook Page which has full details of the whole Event.

On May 8th there will be Virtual Queer Collections of Performance Art & Dance  Showcasing a queer collection of work from artists around the world.  Tune in to hear their stories and watch their amazing performances while you are safe and at home

Included in this line up will be one of Queerguru’s favorite dance/performance companies from Miami.  The Pioneer Winter Collective will be performing “Reprise” :  “a physically integrated duet between Hector Machado and Niurca Marquez that looks at intersectionality, shared and unshared queerness; then a group section where one cast member holds power over the agency of the other performers; this is followed by Machado’s narrative solo that didactically explores the physicality and behavior of compliance when under an authoritarian gaze – like that of a police officer.”
