It’s no secret to regular readers of QUEERGURU that we spend part of our year on Cape Cod in a  charming, once-fishing village (!), and, fortunately for us, so does a whole stream of some rather fabulous queer folk.  Provincetown becomes the center of our universe for the warmer parts of the year, and we have the very good fortune to capture in print and on film meetings with some rather fabulous people.

However, like so many other websites that have the word queer or gay or even LGBTQA in their title, we have been suffering from so much harassment from brutally homophobic bots on Social Media. In Queerguru’s case, they aimed for the jugular of our YouTube account, which ‘they’ took down overnight, deleting a treasure trove of some fabulous exclusive queer interviews in one fell swoop.

If our team is at fault, it’s because we were far too trusting, and we never even backed up some of our best pieces in those days.   In between our tears (which were many), since then we have gradually been putting our new YouTube account back online, and we are reluctant to admit that only our ‘edited’ pieces are now featured on SM.  However, we’re proud to say they include personal interviews with some of our favorite queer peeps.  Such as Ron Amato, Miqquel Angelo,, Murray Bartlett, Neil Bartlett, Bryan Batt, Dustin Lance Black, Panti Bliss, Paul Burston, Marco Calvani, Margaret Cho, Kate Clinton. Jennifer Coolidge, Claybourne Elder, Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman, Mark Farrelly, David France, Bren Gosling, Tom Goss, Steve Grand, Alexis Gregory, Andrew Haigh, Sam Harris, Ebersole & Hughes, Tab Hunter, Leslie Jordan, Larry Kramer,  Bruce Labruce, Matteo Lane,  Greg Louganis, Lucia Lucas,  Bob Mackie, Alec Mapa,  Sean Matthias, Bobby Miller, Jinx Monsoon, Cynthia Nixon, Linus O’Brien, Jenni OLsen, Miss Richfield, Sister Roma, Johnny Woo & John Sizzle, Sergio Toyad Velarde,  Bruce Vlanch,  John Waters, etc etc

It’s a work in progress, and this week we managed to repost some of our original interviews back from 2015 onto our replacement YouTube account….. You can check them all out  HERE.

Our YouTube Channel now has some 400 videos ….. and we add to this total regularly. HOWEVER, the only place you can find all QUEERGURU content TOTALLY UNEDITED and TOTALLY QUEER is at  http://www.queerguru,.com .

It’s THE place for Every Queer News That Matters: Curated and Original Content, and IT’S STILL FREE TO JOIN.
