Foundation helping to tell the stories of LGBTQ Latino Chicagoans

 

 

A Chicago-based charitable foundation is helping make sure under-represented queer Latino artists and communities get their stories told. The Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation is awarding almost $2 million to creative small arts organizations in Chicago. It’s being called the Broadening Narratives Initiative. 

Our history is important to us for the current queer communities and those that will follow us
