Elton John AIDS Foundation (in association with Bulgari) is hosting Club Love a fun, contemporary cabaret evening, hosted by Graham Norton and with a very special performance by Sam Smith and featuring all kinds of wonderful entertainment. It also feature installations by the incredible Italian artist, Edoardo Tresoldi who has recently been included by Forbes amongst the 30 most influential European artists under 30.
Since its incorporation the EJAF has raised over $200 million to support HIV related programs in 55 countries. Their fundraising focus for the event is helping LGBT+ people in countries where they are persecuted, stigmatized and so prevented from easily accessing HIV treatment.
The event will coincide with a major new photo essay series of projects and individuals the Foundation are working with to fight stigma, give everyone the necessary HIV testing and medicine they need and help end AIDS. Their work in this area is a huge undertaking, but it is a challenge they feel they must face, because preventing vulnerable people from contracting HIV protects everyone. The fewer LGBT+ people are living with HIV, the fewer people can pass it on. They are determined need to ensure that no one gets left behind.
