Every time we see actor/musician/singer Edmund Bagnell we are always struck by his joie de vivre. It’s not that his life has not been affected by the pandemic but the member of Well Strung (who also starred in the National Tour of Sweeney Todd) is so much more positive than many of us.
Bagnell has just his released The Water his new single. He told Queerguru that while the lyrics read as a classic love song, it is also inspired by he time in Provincetown, Massachusetts last summer. When everything in the world felt so uncertain, the beautiful bay of Cape Cod was a reassuring presence. “There’s a light on the bay, the tide’s coming in. The moon is rising, my eyes are clear again. We can roll with the waves, we can ride them to sea. We’ll always find our way back home — as long as you’re with me.”
You can catch him in the flesh for the the rest of the Summer was hs is aprearing every Tuesady night at the Crown and Anchor. Which is in Provincetown, naturally.
