In case you missed it last night (where were you???), here’s the annual BROADWAY BAREs SHOW which for the first time in its 28 year history was Zoomed online. This extraordinary star-studded strip spectacular produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS originally streamed on August 1st
‘Broadway Bares: Zoom In’ includes racy new performances recorded by dancers at home as well as videos of past spectacles
Not all the performers take their clothes off as the evening features appearances from Nathan Lane, Judith Light, Beth Leavel, Jane Krakowski, Christopher Sieber, Wesley Taylor, Nick Adams, Charles Busch, Lea DeLaria, J. Harrison Ghee, Nathan Lee Graham, Debbie Shapiro Gravitte, Andrew Lippa, Lesli Margherita, Angie Schworer, Marc Shaiman, Miriam Shor and more.
Though the stream is free, donations are encouraged. Every dollar donated will help those across the country affected by HIV/AIDS, COVID-19 and other critical illnesses to receive healthy meals, lifesaving medication, emergency financial assistance, housing, counseling and more. The donations also support and champion organizations focused on social justice and anti-racism.
In 2019 they raised $2 million …you can help beat that figure HERE
