Mark Bittlestone claims he is the only gay comic in the world. Which in his neck of woods in the UK is known as a ‘porky pie’. He is however part of a new wave of younger comedians who are really making waves around the globe.
QUEERGURU caught up with him as he was preparing to make tracks for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe where he is performing his brand new show I NEED A STRAIGHT MAN. The title is a trope for every gay man at sometime in their life . He is not only hilariously funny with a very infectious sense of humor but he is also discerningly charming : if anyone can net themselves one of Scotlands finest, it will be him.
