Hunky Romanian James Trevino has not been bored one single second during Lockdown. He is a big pop culture fan who is a very creative ‘book artist’.
He told Bored Panda that his obsession for this newish art form “just sort of happened.” He explains, “At first I was posting pictures of my then-current reads. With time, the photos got more and more complex, influenced mostly by pop culture and sometimes by certain pictures I saw on Instagram.”
Now, this self-proclaimed ‘bookstagrammer’, Trevino has become a viral star and has managed to pull in 120k Instagram followers for his beautiful artworks. Make that 120K plus one as Queerguru has become his latest follower ….. and not just because Trevino is …….how can we put this ….. very easy on the eye too
Now with over 1000 books in his collection Trevino knows no bounds to his possibilities and he brainstorms each of his new ideas with his friend Elizabeth Sagan ….. also a book artist in her own right. While his literary themes are diverse, they lean in favor of his two favorite books, ‘Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince’ by J.K. Rowling and ‘The Silmarillion’ by JRR Tolkien.
