Singer and comedian Tori Scott loves that fact that gay men are her biggest fans even though it means her dating life sucks. She’s back in #Ptown for the 4th year at the Provincetown Art House Theatre with her new show PICKLED so called because the more vodka she is served the more raunchy the stories she tells between belting out her favorite Judy Garland, Streisand or Pink song.
Queerguru discovered that even without her favorite tipple she is one really funny lady with a helluva voice that so deservedly won her the accolade ‘the Bette Midler of the millennials’
Queerguru talked with Trish LaRose about her scene-stealing performance as Mrs Lovatt in Provincetown Theater‘s production of Stephen Sondheim’s SWEENEY TODD : THE DEMON BARBER OF FLEET STREET directed by David Drake. Although she is an Associate at Cape Rep Theatre, this is Trish’s PTown debut, but we know that this is not the last we have seen of her.

The larger-than-life comedian/singer Mama Tits (a mere 7’4″ tall when she is dressed) finally makes her #PTown debut with her aptly named show BIG & LOUD at the Post Office Cafe and Cabaret for the rest of the summer season. She took time out to talk with QUEERGURU about her passion for bluesy jazz (which so suits her remarkable voice), her new life in Mexico, and as an ex Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, Inc., her passion for activism too….. and so much more
